Manufacturing

Our ability to manufacture on-site within our UK Head Office is truly unique. The
UK electronics manufacturing industry does not have many multi-million pound
companies that still produce 100% of their products within the country. We strongly
believe that by running our manufacturing facility within our head office we can
maintain extremely high levels of quality. The flexibility that having the production
facility on-site gives us ensures we can adapt to ever changing order patterns and
large volume orders with ease.

Our five dedicated surface mount lines place over a million components per month
and our automated optical inspection machines operate on a 24 hour basis providing
100% accurate inspection of all finished circuit boards prior to the products being
assembled. As a business we are committed to designing products that can utilise
the latest components and manufacturing processes so that our customers benefit
from high powered reliable products as standard.
